		<description>Yeah, Google has a lot to be thanked for by running Google Summer of Code. Not only do students start their careers off in the right direction and have lots of fun contributing to open source, many projects get valuable exposure and enhancements that otherwise would be impossible.

Another avenue people may wish to look at is the Summer of Code idea for SilverStripe and WordPress to interoperate; see the &quot;mashup&quot; idea at http://www.silverstripe.com/google-summer-of-code-2007-we-are-in/</description>
